Throughout Tanya’s career, she has combined financial expertise with strategic vision to help organisations navigate complex challenges, attract investment, and deliver sustainable growth.
Her professional journey has taken her from the audit teams of Coopers & Lybrand and PwC in Zimbabwe and London, to corporate finance positions in JPMorgan Cazenove and Smith’s Corporate Advisory and on to senior executive and board roles in global mining and industrial companies.
She has contributed to major transactions worth billions of dollars, played key roles in governance reforms, chaired audit committees, and supported boards on strategy, risk, corporatisation and stakeholder engagement.
She serves on international boards, provides counsel to companies on governance, and corporate communications, and continues to integrate her passion for finance, strategy, and people into her work.
